Refund Policy

All Refund and Exchange of any product Sold by THE DIAMOND SPECIALIST A unit of Lotus Exports Pvt Ltd is at the sole discretion of the Company. Also Note for any such refund or exchange process to be initiated the client should agree and meet with all the REFUND and EXCHANGE terms mentioned below. Also All cases of Refund and Exchange will be evaluated as individual and separate case and be dealt on case to case basis. 

Refund and Exchange Policy - Terms

The Diamond Specialist is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured by our very experienced workmen, and are confident that you will be completely satisfied.​

If you decide to return your purchase made online or instore or over the telephone for any reason at all; we will be more than happy to assist as per our terms as under.

For all exchanges or refunds client must carry and comply with all the pointers as below to applicable for the same:

  1. Be accompanied by the original sales receipt,

  2. Original Certification,

  3. Original Documentation if any provided at the time of purchasing's.

  4. Client should also be ready to produce a valid ID proof in case required at the time of exchange and and any other boxing and other materials in special case's.

  5. This decision on Exchange or refund  will only be made after our Quality check Department has thoroughly confirmed that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear; after which only we can confirm the true value of the product to the client.

  6. In Case of EXCHANGE / REFUND we shall offer a Credit voucher of the Value to be used to make any further Purchase.

  7. Shipping costs if any will be deducted from the amount of the exchange or refund.

Refund - Exchange Rules

Gold and Diamond Jewelry  / Loose Solitaires :

  1. Exchange​

    1. .1 LAB GROWN SOLITAIRES :  Exchange for the same can be done with 25 % deduction on the invoice value minus the taxes involved , given that all conditions mentioned in Exchange and Refund TERMS are met.

    2. 1 Made to order Products, customized jewelry usually Deduction is 25 % on the invoice value , Exchange and Refund TERMS are met.

  2. GOLD Jewelry:: Jewelry which also involves any GOLD in it shall be calculated on the actual Live GOLD rate (i.e. Gold weight x rate) minus the Labor charges and taxes; also and any studded Diamonds Natural or Lab Grown  in the same jewelry piece will be calculated at a minimum deduction of 20% of the invoice value and this Calculation will be on case to case basis; fulfilling all Terms and Condictions. 

  3. Loose Solitaires Lab Grown  are calculated for exchange on case to case basis depending on the condition of the piece, live market price. For the Actual price of the same client needs to show and get the piece evaluated for price from our inhouse expert.

  4. Loose Solitaires / made to order jewelry :: in order to Refund the amount for purchased Loose Solitaire ( Lab grown ) or Assembled ;made to order using the same Solitaires in jewelry the same can be priced for refund only when evaluated by our authorized inhouse evaluator.

  5. Refund:​

    1. .1 LAB Grown Solitaires : Once Evaluated as per all conditions mentioned in Exchange and Refund TERMS ; refund value can be evaluated at minimum 30% deduction on the invoice value and after discussion with inhouse Valuator and team.

    2. 1 Jewelry : Jewelry which also involves any GOLD in it shall be calculated on the actual Live GOLD rate (i.e. Gold weight x rate) minus the Labor charges and taxes; also and any studded Diamonds Natural or Lab Grown  in the same jewelry piece will be calculated at a minimum deduction of 30% of the invoice value and this Calculation will be on case to case basis; fulfilling all Exchange and Refund TERMS. 

  6. At the time of the refund  we shall be complied to deduct any taxes levied on the invoice at the time of the billing and the value of the product shall be evaluated accordingly.

  7. Please note any REFUND or EXCHANGE  is at sole discretion of the team of THE DIAMOND SPECIALST a unit of Lotus Exports Pvt Ltd.
